An attempt at bad goth poetry

In a lonely starry night I searched for you in the sky
You are the unreachable star I´ve always reached for
you´re here again and you´ve been here for some time

Existing in a world of your own in a world not far from mine
as you were here your light flickered bright for a moment
it filled up my heart with hope to reach the unreachable star

that once had shone so bright to me.
